Tonight the contestants had to cook off in an invention test to find out who will be cooking in elimination tonight. The contestants worked hard, but in the end Jamie, Ben and Laura were up for elimination. They had to cook a dessert prepared by one of Australia’s best chefs.
They all struggled in the elimination but in the end, Jamie had the best dish, he was safe.
Ben’s sauce was oily and spilt and Laura’s foam was lacking the smokey flavour. But Laura’s parfait had a good texture and her sauce brought everything together. She was safe.
Ben was eliminated from Masterchef 2014 tonight.
